Product features

1. PID temp control system, max. temp 1450 ℃, temp tolerance ±2 ℃.

4. The whole casting process can be visually controlled, air pressing lock system, equipped with safety valve to ensure safety.
5. Both melting and casting are done under vacuum condition, maximum control of oxidation.

7. Various alarm system, unit stops working immediately if an error is detected, maximum protection of the machine.
8. Unique casting cylinder separated from the vacuum device, to reduce bubbles to minimum.
9. Max. pressure of casting chamber is 0.6 MPa, normal pressure is 0.2 MPa, max compact is minus 0.1 MPa.
10. Max. size of flask is 5"×10".
