Replace artificial or cloth round of polishing low efficiency of traditional practices, realizing mass, automation of production processes.

Product features

Gyrate polishing machine adopts patented technique and ensures that the machine has a reasonable structure, a very small gap (about 0.05~0.1 mm) and well working conditions. The features make the machine user-friendly when polishing complicated and thin workpieces.

1. Grinding barrel and rotating disc are made of DuPont polyurethane (PU) .
2. The gap adopts the durable ceramic/alloy ring structure.
3. The gap is adjusted by means of helix device.
4. Automatic radiate heat fuction.
5. Inverter device, timer of the opration and normal/reversal rotation.
6. Automatic cycle water device.
